About ProfitFundCom
AG
ProfitFundCom AG was founded in April 2000 in Vaduz, Principality
of Liechtenstein, and is a member of the Liechtenstein Investment Fund
Association (LAFV). Funds managed by ProfitFundCom AG are domiciled
in the Principality of Liechtenstein. They are open-ended funds that
can be redeemed at net asset value at any time. The company aims to
build up a strong portfolio of open-ended funds for professional investors.
The investment objective is to achieve high long-term growth of funds
through application of the proprietary investment research of the investment
adviser, Profit Research Center Ltd., Tokyo.

Dr. Albert Mayer
Dr. Mayer is Managing Director of Fiduciary Trust Services at Finanz-
und Industriekontor Etablissement in Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein.
He has been a non-executive board member since 2000. He has worked in
the precious metals, insurance and banking industries in Germany.

Richard A. Werner
Richard Werner is the Chief Investment Advisor to the Profit Funds and
key advisor to the ProfitFundCom/Global Macro Fund. He is also CEO and
founding partner of Profit Research Center, a registered investment
advisory firm based in Tokyo. He was voted one of Japan's top economists
by investor surveys and is known for his asset allocation and currency
models that are based on central bank and bank credit creation. Richard
was previously a member of the asset allocation committee of the TelWel
pension fund, one of the largest pension funds in Japan. He has been
teaching finance at universities in Japan and the UK since 1997 and
is currently Reader in International Banking at University of Southampton.
He has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, including
as Chief Economist at Jardine Fleming Securities (Asia) Ltd. and researcher
at the Asian Development Bank, the Japanese Ministry of Finance, the
Bank of Japan, the Japan Development Bank, the Nomura Research Institute
and the Institute of Economics and Statistics at the University of Oxford.
His book on how Japan has been manipulated by its central bank, "Princes
of the Yen", became a No. 1 bestseller in Japan. Richard received his
training in economics at the University of Tokyo, the University of
Oxford and the London School of Economics. He is a board member of ProfitFundCom
AG since 2000.

Rosemary Cooke
Rosemary Cooke is Chief Operations Officer of Profit Research Center
Ltd. She has six years' experience in the financial sector in Tokyo,
Japan. Before this, she worked in real estate and logistics in Tokyo
and as a translator specialising in financial markets. Rosemary has
a first class honours degree from the School of East Asian Studies at
Sheffield University and speaks fluent Japanese. She has been a board
member of ProfitFundCom AG since 2000.

Matthias Voigt
Matthias Voigt is Chief Executive Officer of ProfitFundCom AG and is
based in Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein. He was elected President
of the newly established Liechtenstein Investment Fund Association (LAFV)
in August 2000. He joined Industrie- und Finanzkontor in 1999 where
he acts as Head of Financial Services and is active in developing financial
products and investment trust funds for institutional clients. Matthias
has over 20 years' experience in the banking industry in Germany, Luxembourg,
Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein with banks including
Banque Bruxelles Lambert (Suisse), Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen, and
Bank M.M. Warburg-Brinckmann. He joined ProfitFundCom AG in 2000.
